“I have leased space at 1550 Bayside Drive for over twenty-five years and I wouldn’t trade this location for any other. Nick Clayton and his team have always worked hard to assure that we and other tenants are in a safe, clean and friendly work environment. Building management goes out of its way to talk to us about our space and if we need anything, regularly re-freshes the common space so we look sharp, and goes out of their way to accommodate our unusual requests. On top of that, visitors always tell us what a cool building we’re in, usually citing the ocean view, the architecture and the fact that the windows open! I would recommend this building for anyone whose space requirements are a fit.”
